Dr. Mohsen Javaheri obtained his Bar license from the Central Bar Association In 1996. In addition, since 1994, he has been teaching law as a faculty member of Islamic Azad University Central Tehran Branch.

He has management experience as the legal manager of companies and major economic organizations, including Iran Khodro. This fact has led to a very deep understanding of the challenges that companies and major economic activists are faced in Iran. Moreover, by practicing law and providing legal advice to various domestic and international companies, during more than twenty years of his professional activity as an attorney at law, he has gained an extensive experience in different legal fields including domestic and international arbitration, the laws regarding the obligations and international trade law.
